Electrical Engineer (190 Visa) - Engineers Australia Assessment & Experience Questions

Hi everyone, I'm an Electrical Engineer from Pakistan currently exploring the Subclass 190 visa pathway and would really appreciate some guidance, especially concerning the Engineers Australia (EA) skills assessment process. I have a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from a Washington Accord accredited university and about 2.5 years of relevant experience in areas like solar PV projects, battery storage, and microgrids. My estimated points are around 70-80, depending on my English test result. My main questions revolve around the EA assessment. Given my Washington Accord degree, do I still need a separate educational document assessment, or can I just apply for an employment/skills assessment? Also, which ANZSCO code should I reference for an Electrical Engineer - 233311 or the newer 243331? I'm particularly concerned about the experience requirement, as I've heard EA might look for a minimum of 5 years for a positive employment assessment. Is this true, and if so, how does my 2.5 years factor in? Another challenge I'm facing is that my employer's HR department provides only general experience letters, not detailed duty descriptions matching ANZSCO codes. Has anyone successfully provided alternative evidence, such as manager declarations or detailed reference letters, in a similar situation? Lastly, if my current experience isn't quite enough, what's the recommended pathway – should I get a skills assessment now and keep accumulating experience while waiting for invitations, or focus on gaining more experience first? Also, I'd love to hear opinions on whether to use a Pakistani agent, an Australian MARA agent, or handle the application myself. Any recent experiences or advice would be a huge help!
