What makes a GTE statement really convincing for a 500 student visa?

I'm currently putting together my application for the Subclass 500 student visa and I'm focusing on my Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statement. I want to make sure it's as strong and persuasive as possible. Could anyone share their experiences or insights on what immigration officers are really looking for in a GTE? Are there specific points or details that made your statement stand out, or common pitfalls to avoid? Any advice on structuring it or what kind of evidence to include to demonstrate genuine temporary intent would be hugely appreciated!
