AI data processing

Our Services utilise advanced AI technology provided by third-party services including Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, DeepSeek, and Moonshot (Kimi) to generate personalised visa assessments and recommendations. We may change or add AI providers at any time. To protect your privacy:

• Anonymization: Before processing, we remove all direct personal identifiers (names, email addresses, physical addresses) from your information
• No Data Retention: Our AI service providers do not retain any data we send after the processing session ends
• Private Knowledge Base: Our AI systems access only our private knowledge database containing immigration information from public sources - no user personal data is stored in this database
• Processing Purpose: Anonymized data is processed solely for generating your personalized visa recommendations

Billing and refunds

Refund policy: Refunds are only provided when our Services are unavailable due to technical issues on our end. No refunds are provided for change of mind, unsuccessful visa applications, or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

Class action waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Astana, Kazakhstan.
